Board Members Re-ElectedThe fifth Annual General Meeting of Community Alliance Credit Union was held on Friday 7 November 2008. At the meeting, current Directors Cristina Thompson, John Swan and Tony Abela were re-elected. Grant Fulton's appointment to the Board was also confirmed. Mr Fulton filled a casual vacancy on the Board in July 2008. At the Board Meeting following the AGM, Tom Diegan stepped aside as Chairperson after 30 years in the role. Mary Youssif was elected Chairperson. Colin Markham stepped aside from the Board on 1 January 2009. |
