How to apply

There are three ways to apply for a Unicom Home Loan. Simply choose the method most convenient to you. (Depending on the speed of your computer it may take a few minutes to download)

	1. Apply online - click here and complete the online application form. Simply follow the application through to the end where you will be asked to submit. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your application. (You will need Adobe Reader version 6.0 or higher to access this service)
	2. Click here and print the application form, complete it then sign and fax to our Unicom Operations Centre on (02) 9662 8693.

3. Call 1300 UNICOM (1300 864 266) and talk to a consultant who will be able to take an application over the phone – this normally takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.

To protect your privacy, we suggest you either restart your computer or clear the cache to ensure your personal details are not available to other users after you are finished with the application.

Who can apply for a Home Loan?

Permanent Australian Residents
Over 18 years of age
Earning a regular income
Members of Unicom Credit Union
or, eligible to become a member of Unicom Credit Union ie. University academics, staff and students plus selected external members from associated fields. Call 1300 UNICOM if you are not sure about your eligibility

What information do I need to provide?

Recent payslips to verify your income details
Drivers licence number
Repayment amounts and balances owing on any outstanding liabilities (including other loans, credit cards, store cards etc)
Details of any assets, savings or investments you hold
Details on and estimated value of the property you want to purchase, build or refinance
If 2 applicants are applying for the loan, both of you will need to read the Privacy Statement, Declarations and Consents
