Special conditions:

Automatically converts to Standard Variable Rate after fixed period expires
If the balance is greater than $30,000, borrowers may choose a fixed rate term for a further period (subject to remaining term of the loan)

Security

Primary security is to be a registered first party, first mortgage over:
Owner occupied residential property
Residential investment property
Non-income producing secondary residential property
Vacant residential land.
