Log out option

cu@home has a “log out” option that we encourage you use if leaving your computer unattended for any reason. By clicking on the “log out” tab will prevent others viewing your membership details.

Lock out

If your password is incorrectly entered a number of times cu@home will “lock out” the user. If it is an innocent password mistake on your behalf, simply call Unicom's Hotline on 1300 UNICOM (1300 864 266) to have your access code re-activated.
