To withdraw cash, insert your card into the cash machine and follow the instructions on the screen. You will often be able to see the instructions in the language of your choice. Enter your PIN and the amount you want to withdraw in local currency. Your cash will be dispensed in the currency of the country you are in.
Unlike credit or debit cards, you can't overspend with Cash Passport so there will be no surprise bills when you get home. The amount of each withdrawal is deducted instantly from the card balance. Transaction history and the current balance of the card, can be found on the Internet site www.cashpassportcard.com or by telephone. (The number can be found on the reverse of the card).

Additional cards can be purchased to access the same account. These are useful either for a partner or travelling companion who is drawing on the same funds, or to put in the hotel safe in case the first card is lost. As each card has its own PIN, the funds can still be accessed this way, even if the first card is reported lost and is cancelled.
Reloadable
You can keep your card for your next trip, by simply loading more funds onto it. There's no limit to the number of reloads you can make. However if you do require a refund of the balance you can go to a cash machine or return to the branch where you bought it and they will refund the balance. (There may be a charge made by the branch)
